Featured Fitness Content: Volume 82

We’re back at it with the 82nd installment in our Featured Fitness Content series. As always, the purpose of this series is to gather some of the best content in fitness, human performance, and health science from around the web, then provide these articles, research, podcasts, books, and more to our readers on a weekly basis.

During the release of last week’s installment, I was on my second hunting trip of the year to Idaho’s Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness.
