Keith Lowery, Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach

Keith is a graduate student at Bloomsburg University pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. He has years of experience in training bodybuilders and powerlifters and has competed in both powerlifting and strongman competitions. He’s currently a graduate assistant for Bloomsburg University’s Recreation Center as well as a graduate advisor for Bloomsburg University’s Strength and Fitness Club. He also has assisted in Strength & Conditioning at Central Columbia HS for various sports including football, wrestling, and basketball. Keith’s primary academic and research interest is in the enhancement of motocross competitors using weight training as well as developing elite powerlifters. John Matulevich, Applied Physiologist, Owner of Ruthless Performance

John is the owner of Ruthless Performance. Previously, John was a collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coach (NCAA D2) and specializes in sports performance, exercise physiology, and injury prevention. He is regularly featured in various print and online publications including EliteFTS, Stack Media, and Muscle & Strength. John is the Strength & Conditioning expert contributor to Swimming Science where he works to bridge the gap between the fields of coaching and kinesiology. Through Ruthless Performance, John consults for various businesses, teams, and individuals ranging from adolescent through the professional level.
