Colin is a Strength & Conditioning coach with a strong background in performance and development of combat sport athletes. The Philadelphia resident is a graduate of temple university and has been working with amateur and professional mixed martial arts fighters in Pennsylvania over the past 5 years. Colin Specializes in weight management and manipulations as well as strength and conditioning programming.
Daniel received his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Westmont College. Daniel played baseball at Westmont. Daniel currently works at UCLA as a Performance Nutrition Intern assisting in distributing planned meals and recovery snacks, body composition evaluation as well as creating education material. Daniel is working towards his Register Dietitian license. Daniel is a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association.
Jesse is a nutritional science major with an emphasis in sports nutrition. Jesse swam for the El Salvador national team and competed at the international level. Jesse is currently working towards a CSCS and registered dietitian license. He currently works at UCLA as a sports nutrition intern assisting both dietitians with meal plans, body composition, and education materials. Jesse is a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and Collegiate & Professional Sports Dietitians Association.
Jim Hodgins received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and holds the CSCS credential from the NSCA. As an exercise physiologist, he works in conjunction with Physical Therapists rehabilitating various musculoskeletal injuries and conditions through exercise. Jim is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sport Physiology at West Chester University beginning in the Fall of 2017. As an athlete, Jim grew up as a competitive swimmer up through high school. During his undergraduate studies, he took up strongman and powerlifting and is still training and competing as a strength athlete today.
John is the owner of Ruthless Athletics and The Fitness Resource. Previously, John was a collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coach (NCAA D2) and record-holding powerlifter (4 WR’s/ 9 SR’s – RPS). John specializes in sports performance, exercise physiology, and injury prevention. He is regularly featured in various print and online publications including EliteFTS, Stack Media, and Muscle & Strength. John is the Strength & Conditioning expert contributor to Swimming Science where he works to bridge the gap between the fields of coaching and kinesiology. Through Ruthless Athletics, John consults for various businesses, teams, and individuals ranging from adolescent through the professional level. John is also active in health policy, business administration, and throughout his local community.
