Featured Fitness Content: Volume 97

In last week’s installment of Featured Fitness Content, we linked to the new Expedition 118 Facebook page. Though still over a year away, this project is developing rapidly. At the time of publication, I’m in the western US meeting with prospective charity beneficiaries and doing a bit of fly fishing on the Idaho/Nevada border.
