Featured Fitness Content: Volume 96

Lots going on at Ruthless these days. The final week of the PIAA swim season is upon us, culminating in the State Championship meet this Friday. Ruthless Performance managed to send 3 of our Aqua Jocks to the state meet; 2 boys and 1 girl.

After this a big rest then a big push for summer championships in late July/early August.

We don’t advocate for year-round swimming, particularly at a young age, but as an athlete wraps up the final few years of their high school career, this level of specialization is required for peak performance.
