New Free Dryland Program for Swimmers
Because of my position as strength & conditioning coach for the Pottsville Area Crimson Tide Swim Team, I decided to put together a new at-home program for our student-athletes to last them through our return to the pool in early January.
I encourage any high school swimmer to give these programs a shot, but I designed these with my Pottsville Area Swimmers’ in mind, as they are used to my exercise selection, formatting, etc.
With that said, both program 2 and the original at-home dryland program are available for anyone for free by clicking the icons of the programs below. Program 2 is obviously more recent, but I suggest anyone looking to try the programs begin with Program 1.
New Class Announced at Hempfield Rec Center
The Expedition 118 project is taking me to the Lancaster, PA area with some frequency. Because of this, I’ve decided to start a new class at a new Ruthless Performance-affiliated gym.
