A Comprehensive Look at Our 3 Day At-Home Swimming Dryland Program (Program 2)

With the new shut down measures in Pennsylvania, I wanted to get out a new workout for our swimmers to do at-home. This program is designed for high school swimmers, any high school swimmer, but it helps if the athlete has trained with us in the past so that they are used to the formatting and exercise selection.

Below are the materials you’ll need to start on the program including the printable PDF of the workouts plus demonstration videos for each page of the program.

Initially I compiled this program for the Pottsville Area High School Swim Team, but have made it publicly available so that any swimmer affected by the shut down will have a free way to stay in shape at home until the shutdown measures are concluded in January. If you have any additional questions, you can feel free to reach out in the contact box below to help troubleshoot any issues you may be having, all free of charge.

If you haven’t already completed the first at-home workout that I posted during the shut-down, I recommend that you try that workout first. You can find that workout here.

If any part of this workout is confusing, particularly the formatting, I recommend that you first revisit the first At-Home Dryland Program. In this, I explain the formatting, how to record your weights and times, plus how to navigate the program itself.
