Ruthless Updates
A new project we’re working on is compiling statistical data from our programs. Since each program with Ruthless Performance is so individualized, it can be hard to make generalizations about our programs, or to talk broadly about what a program might contain.
So some of the data points we’re going to compile from a random sampling of our Athlete Development programs include average amount of sets in a Ruthless Performance workout–all weeks 1-4 (this makes sense if you train with us). How may warm-up exercises we perform daily. How many normal exercises, the most common exercises, and some other concepts like this will be included as well.
What we’re asking…
We know what our training programs are like (obviously) so we’re asking our clients, followers, and internet friends alike to ask us what they would like to know about either their specific training program or training with us in general.
Any questions that you might have are likely shared by other athletes and we want to help everyone get familiar with Ruthless and how we operate.
So drop us some questions about training with Ruthless Performance that you’d like to see answered. If its a common enough question, it may even get its own article!
