I’m editing this week’s Featured Content in between two trips across the United States. The driving that I’ve been doing on these trips would ordinarily take its toll on my back and my health more generally, but I’ve been toying with some exercise complexes and some other wellness considerations to make these fun trips more palatable for my posture.
One of the complexes that I threw together to compensate for this time on the road is what I’ve deemed the “Midnight Rider Complex” which is a 3-round series of Weight + Band Resisted Reverse Hypers paired with a Band-Resisted Pull Up Bar hang.
