Featured Fitness Content: Volume 112

After a busy September that included two cross-country road-trips complete with lots of hiking, backcountry hunting, UTV riding, and more, I’m actually excited to be returning to some sense of a normal schedule as I resume my training for my paddleboarding world record attempt which is set for 2023.

In between the two road trips I recorded a video for the Ruthless Performance Instagram page. It covered one of my training methods for minimizing the damage of long-term sitting that one may experience during a road trip.
