Season 2 of the Human Advancement Podcast

With the start of the new year, we launched the second season of the Human Advancement Podcast. Listening to this is an excellent way to bring in the new year, especially as far as goal setting is concerned.

In this inaugural episode, I talk with Kent Maiman, who recently completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail. We cover lots of ground, including his diet (as a high fat vegetarian–something I’ve been thinking about in great detail), how he managed to start such a crazy undertaking, and even what his thoughts were as COVID started to become a real concern.

You can find it anywhere you listen to your podcasts, and if its not on your favorite podcast player, make sure to contact us so we can have it featured.

Our Best Posts of 2020

Last week we also published a breakdown of our best performing posts of 2020. These range in topics from immune health, to how I prepared to ascend Utah’s King’s Peak, and more.

But ultimately this list has some highly actionable, informative content for everyone out there.

Check it out here.
