Leading industry experts, journalists, researcher, and more professionals in health and wellness have been putting out some great content over the past few weeks. With this in mind, if you missed last week’s featured content, I recommend that you check that out here.
As always, we suggest that our readers submit any particularly interesting pieces that they’ve come across for consideration. Most content featured in this series matches the thoughts and theories that we espouse at Ruthless, but we’re always looking for new perspectives.

Quote of the Week
Our Quote of the Week comes from a book I’m currently reading about the process of building talent in high performers, this is The Talent Code by Daniel Coyle.
Beyond reinforcing many of the philosophies at Ruthless around athletic talent being a function of the Central Nervous System, the book is filled with actionable, interesting information in human performance. Though some of the material regarding the 10,000 Hour Rule has been contested, the core group of principles outlined in The Talent Code make it a worthy addition to your reading list.
