Internal Program Review – Summer Strength Training for a High School Swimmer

This post provides the PDF component to the latest episode of the Human Advancement Podcast. In that episode, I detail how Ruthless Performance spent a month training an elite high school swimmer in the summer of 2019. This is not the first segment in the Internal Review Series.

We regularly provide open access to our programs so individuals can see how we are programming for certain populations and individuals. Though these are for educational purposes only. Each program is designed with a specific athlete in mind.

We take into account training history, detailed notes from each assessment, biomechanics, leverages, injury history, muscle imbalances, sport and position, and more.

We’re so open about our programming because we’re convinced that the more anyone sees our programming, the more they will see that every element of each program is highly strategic and none of our work it isn’t easily replicated.
