Last Minute Tips for championship Swim Meets

This post is coming out in the waning days of the PIAA High School Swim Season for the 2022-23 school year. As this post is being uploaded, the AAA bracket is battling it out at Bucknell University’s Natatorium. I personally coach AA swimming, with many of my athletes’ still sitting as top contenders in their respective events.

Though the times aren’t yet on the board, the work is essentially done. Hard work throughout the season will be paying off for some. At this point ‘last minute tips’ are essentially just polishing off what has already been done while trying to maintain peak performance under very anxious circumstances.
