Featured Fitness Content: Volume 120

I’m going to jump into this week’s Featured Content as quickly as I can, but first, I wanted to mention my participation in this year’s Ben to the Shore Bike Tour. The tour is scheduled for this upcoming Sunday (July 24th), and this year I’ll be bringing along Kronos, my pitbull from Hillside SPCA here in Pottsvillle.

The ride benefits the Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation, and this will be my third year participating in the ride. In fact, this tour was in a large part responsible for my decision to cycle cross country in 2019.

Although I’ve already reached my fundraising goal for the ride, I increased my goal to $1,000, as I thought that the novelty (and struggle) of pulling Kronos will make this year’s tour more difficult.

You can donate here. Additionally, you can read the Pottsville Republican Herald’s write-up on my undertaking here.
