Here at Ruthless Performance, we’re in the midst of our championship season with our swimmers from across the PIAA District XI. In years past, our swimming roster had expanded well beyond the bounds of District XI, but as swimming numbers wane across the state, our roster has slowed down as well.
Our swimmers’ performances, however, have not waned. Ruthless swimmers have taken podium finishes in more than half of the events at the district meet with 8 of our swimmers making it to the State Championship Meet at Bucknell University late next week.
Dryland training is a crucial component of swimming success, even as championship meets approach. You can find out what we’ve been up to with our swimmers in this most important segment of the lengthy swim season in our recent podcast episode.
You can listen at podcast.ruthlessperformance.com or wherever else you listen to your podcasts.
But for all of our non-swimmers out there, here’s our latest fitness content round-up from around the web. Enjoy!
