Featured Fitness Content: Volume 116

It has been a hot minute since we posted our last installment of Featured Fitness Content. If you want to see what we’ve been up to in the last installment, you can find it here.

Currently Ruthless is undergoing some serious expansion plans while we continue to flesh out the details for our upcoming Expedition 118, which is of course our World-Record Paddleboarding attempt.

One of the events which lead me personally into these large endurance-sport undertakings was the Ben to the Shore Bike Tour. I’ve just signed up for my third ride on this route and I recommend any of our clients who have an interest in road cycling to do so as well. This is a great opportunity to cover some ground, and a terrific short term goal for your training leading into this summer.
