100 Installments later… When I first began this series, Ruthless Performance wasn’t even yet an idea… Initially this series was hosted on the predecessor site to ruthless, The Fitness Resource. This series was conceived because I was reading dozens of articles each week on my own–just for continuing education purposes.
Ultimately I saw the value that aggregating so many great articles in one place could provide to coaches, clients, athletes, and students. With that in mind, I plan on continuing this series for the foreseeable future. Not only does this hold me accountable to my own continuing education on a daily basis, but it helps me see what’s going on in the industry outside of my own bubble.
