Velocity Swim Camp Transitional Phase Camp is a 3-week training camp dedicated to transitioning swimmers back into the fall and winter swim seasons.

This 3-week camp bridges the critical gap between the summer swim season and swimmers’ fall pre-season swim instruction.

Goals for the transitional phase include improving work capacity through increased, yet high-quality yardage, while also bringing attention to major technique flaws and weaknesses.

Tues, Wed, Thurs from Aug. 8-24 at 9 – 11 AM. ($139) at the Ned Hampford Natatorium in Pottsville Area School District’s DHH Lengel Middle School.

The curriculum is a hybrid program consisting of in-the-water technique development with dryland-based exercise protocols to correct and align joint biomechanics for better swim technique.

10% of proceeds goes to Pottsville Area HS Swim Boosters.

32 total spots available.
