First, the Coal Region Campfire episode with Coach Ned Hampford is a few months old, breaking with our tradition of posting only very recent publications. I work closely with Coach Hampford and always enjoy learning from him, making this podcast a real treat.
Second, the article on creatine from the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition has contains a citation from my former advisor in Bloomsburg University’s Exercise Science program.
