Welcome back for another edition of our Featured Fitness Content. In last week’s edition, we linked to content that included how you may be making athletes too sore, altitude training, my new favorite ab exercise which was the stability ball reverse crunch, and more. I also discussed some of our new assessment protocols with our Probotics Jump System. You can read about all of these and more here.
Otherwise, let’s move on to this week’s round-up…

Athletic Essentials Summer Course
There’s still time to sign up for our Athletic Essentials Summer Course at Hereafter Fitness in Bloomsburg, PA. Any athlete grades 9-11 can enroll. As I mentioned in last week’s FFC installment, we’ll be placing a very large emphasis on injury prevention as we reintroduce our athletes back to sport.
Any athlete skipping a well-designed strength & conditioning program like we’ve created for this summer program is going to be at an exponentially higher risk of injury than an athlete training for movement prep, mobility, and soft-tissue resilience like you’ll see in our program. Contact us to learn more or sign-up. Enrollment is on-going, so even after the start date, you can enroll your athlete, but you’ll help us plan better if you sign-up today.
