Before we dive into this week’s featured content, I wanted to introduce everyone to our new Exercise of the Month series that we’re doing for the site. This month’s exercise is the Banded Rotational Kettlebell Swing. You can learn more about this exercise under the online education tab, or by clicking the link here. This is a great exercise for anyone with access to a relatively light kettlebell plus some band tension. I actually prefer this exercise with the band, as it seems to cause a greater stimuli at the hip.
